For what it's worth, the RGB card I have here required three clip-lead 
connections to pick signals off the motherboard that were not available at the 
bus connector.

With the help of folks on the list, I was able to figure out where things went 
and eventually got a display out of it.  The unit I have is definitely not an 
Amdek, though, and bears no real resemblence to the units pictured.
