I would use a pair of high quality condensers (Milab or Schoeps) in a
coincident configuration set for a cardioid pattern, placed overhead,
and a Beyer TGX-50 close in for the low end, with a touch of reverb
(maybe a good dark chamber program). I might also add a bit of
compression during mastering; 2:1 or thereabouts.
