Dr. Phil looked at him and said "You're going to *love* me" > and then basically asked if she was out of her mind It was a riot :) SAW IT!!! My first Dr. Phil experience was that episode -- or part of it, rather, while I did situps. I was in hysterics! He does crack me up sometimes. Ours was quite a fancy affair in some ways, I guess. We did it at a country club here near my parents' house, but we chose the (la-di-da voice) country cluuuuuub because it was an old historic mansion with space on the lawn to do the ceremony *and* on-site catering. and they offered us free stuff. We made the cakes and flowers ourselves, I made the programs & fans (we handed out fans for the ceremony), and we had made our own cds, but then Brett's parents offered to get us a dj. He did a fine job managing events, but played more than one song we would never have picked! Everyone seemed to have a fine time; we enjoyed ourselves. I would totally do it again next weekend! emily, bridal, insouciant grunion Oh, that sounds lovely (even if the dj did play some strange things). Good for you. Congratulations, Mrs Kinzig Laurie wishing the insouciant grunion long life, lots of love and laugher Phoenix --- Rachel's Little NET2FIDO Gate v 0.9.9.8 Alpha* Origin: Rachel's Experimental Echo Gate (1:135/907.17) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 135/907 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
