        I bet that you accidently turned off CTS/RTS support. Look under the
Terminal options in Setup under Flow Control in the bottom left. CTS/RTS 
should be ON or checked and Xon/Xoff should be OFF or not checked! That will 
cause a LOT of errors in uploading at Baud rates 9600 or higher if CTS/RTS is 
turned
off!
