I had him check it a few days ago, it did the same exact thing for him. Since
I couldn't get it to debug with the compiler I used (oddly the executable
was too big to load in debug mode!! hah), I ported it to Win32 and have
done my testing from there. I tossed a packet called newloop.pkt from Ernest
and well, I have to fix my config, it just tossed it as a routed/ignored
¨packet. Which obviously isn't what i need to see :). I did get it to
work
other than that. It appears the DOS version I had compiled had a _stack_
¨overflow which is rather bad. Means it basically allocated way too much
memory on the heap and couldn't keep up. But my mem leak fixes might have
repaired that. In either case I'm going to be using the Win32 version to
test and debug then if that works all well and nice, I'll recompile it back
into DOS and test that one. Hopefully it'll all go well :)
