With the new release of PBDK for Windows and the pending release of
PB for OS/2,  there is going to be a lot to talk about.  In that sense,
all of us are going to be beginners and are going to need help.  The
OS/2 version, especially, has quite of few us very excited about the
future of BASIC and of our ability to make a substantial and important
impact on programming for that operating system.
