Absolutely.  In the last 24-hrs. I have been dealing with an alleged
delinquency by my stepson.  In their delinquency notice to him, they
made the following threats:
-- Garnish your income and assets
-- Place liens on your property
-- Report you to credit bureaus
-- Suspend your drivers license
-- Suspend your business/professional license
-- Suspend your hunting/fishing license
-- Intercept tax refunds, unemployment or workers compensation.
-- Refer you for criminal prosecution
-- Notified to Appear to explain why you should not be held in
    Contempt and Jailed.

A few minutes ago, I delivered a copy of the clerk's record showing
he had overpaid by $200, which caused no end of confusion.  How
could that be?  To their credit, they fell on their sword.  It seems that
they had taken it on themselves to 'reallocate' his payments to an old
closed file without telling anyone (so no one could tell them not to).

This is the same stepson whose C/S case was so screwed up that
earlier this year, after 5 previous court hearings, CSE scrapped the
old file and started a new one, fresh.  "They stab it with their steely
