If your link is good (cheap enough), get a suitable bootdisk from
ftp.debian.org, boot it, and in the program deselect choose ftp as access
method, und get the files from ftp.debian.org, or use a mirror closer to
you.
If your link isn't as good, or you want to reduce the use of bandwith,
order a cd copy for US$ 10-20, maybe  your local dealers can sell you one?
