Well get a freind or get you ORIGINAL ms dos disks, if you have
always had them write protected they should be clean. Boot form
the clean DOS disk after powering down(turn of the computer), and
then get a anti-virus scanner and scan your system, most all
scanners should clean the virus off your system. Also after the
system is cleaned your must scan each of your floppies to get the
virus off the boot sectors, or you will just become reinfected
form one of your floppies!
NOW if it is a torjen, it is not a virus just delete the file and
the torjen is gone.
