I think you have to take the number of times you've seen it into account.
Each time reduces its novelty and, consequently, a portion of its quality.
My theory of quantum cinema.  Interesting that this phenomenon has little
effect on certain Monty Python films.
I still go with:  1.  ST2: The Wrath of Khan
                  2.  ST6: The Undiscovered Country
                  3.  ST3: The Search for Spock (most quotable)
