Let it be known David, I'm not saying that Jenn stinks at what she
does. She is excellent with digital photographic work. And her html
skills aren't exactly subpar either.

With that said though, It's not fair to try and compare what she does
to that of a software engineer. The software engineer, aside from
digital photographic work, shouldn't have any real difficulty
duplicating and exceeding Jenns ability with html, etc. And then
some. OTH, Jenn cannot replace the software engineer. That individual
can replace her, though.

It's a simple form of respect. Something you've never demonstrated
any knowledge of, as long as I've known of you.
