    The following activities in New York are operated by various 
organizations, including astronomy clubs. A couple extra activities of 
special importance to City astronomers may be included. 
    The activities here are almost all within New York City. For a 
more regional slate of astro events, check the calendar section in the 
NYSkies Yahoo group. How to join NYSkies is explained in the yadda-
yadda below.

Tue -  4 Mar - 17:30 - Sci Ind Biz Liby - MH - science cinema 
               'I am become death' about the Manhattan Project to 
               build the atombomb. Free

               Course in physics and mechanics of astronomy, with

               Pupin Hall, 14th Floor. Clearsky viewing from

               General membership gathering for briefings on
