It looks like it probably came from navigator or communicator but it could be
the latest IE or Outlook Express.  he new mail programs let you send email
with
bold,italics, fonts , etc.  By default they send the rich text as an HTML 
IME
attachment and a plain text version in the body.  The idea is that folks with
dumb mail readers see the plain text and those with rich mail readers see the
fonts and colors.  The airpower relay munges the headers so that it all gets
converted to plain text which means we get to see the MIME headers and text
formatting.
