    Because there aren't as many electronics hobbyists as there used
    to be.  You can still get mail order parts and kits that put
    Radio Shack to shame.  The only reason they're as popular as they
    are is because they're about the only game in town.  Oh, there's
    Circuit City and the like, but I really don't have loyalty to
    any one in particular.  Ramsey is pretty nice.  I wish they'd
    strike a deal with Radio Shack or someone to distribute kits.
