I'm at home, The computer is at work, I can't send the autoexec right now. 
The CDROM is loaded in autoexec as part of the normal config.
The dial-in client runs from its own batch file, and I tried it from the 
command line. If I load the LSL IPXODI & DIALODI from the command line and 
then load the VLM's then immediately try to unload the VLM's they won't 
unload. ???? I can play with it some more and if you're suggesting the CDROM 
drivers might have something to do with it I can eliminate them in the 
testing. I'm guessing that something is recapturing an interupt vector after 
the VLM's load, but I don't know what.....
