Your files containing ClipArt reside in one, or possibly more
than one, directory.
Powerpoint is obviously finding some of the files. In PowerPoint
use Insert, ClipArt, Options, Picture Information to determine
file locations for the clipart.
Then go into Word and do the same thing (Tools, Options, File
locations, ClipArt) to see where Word thinks they are stored.
Most likely you're going to find that Word and powerPoint are
pointing to different locations.
Make Word point to where the other application is pointing, and
you shold be able to insert ClipArt directly into Word by using
the Insert, Picture menu within Word.
I hope this helps.
