this is for all boaters in Rhode Island, who are either RI residents or 
have a boat registered there.  can anyone please give me the correct 
address for the division of Boating Safety, Department of enviromental 
management, I sent them a letter asking for the rules and regulations 
for the state of RI, but it came back stamped not deliverable as 
addressed, unable to forward.  It would be a great help to me, so i can 
have the rules and regulations before i take my boat to go fishing 
there.
