I see a Huskybase, ver 1.0 it is dated Feb 17, 2003, and everything else is 
May 30 2003.  I think I have downloaded the latest version of all that is 
there.  Some of it appears to be only source files, and I cannot use those, 
and the rest with the Windows binaries do not have that DLL :(
