I would say the seed was planted when someone thought up HST

( a forward and a back channel )



The fact that with anything, you have to take one step at a time.

You could not have 33600 until someone perfected 24000 then pushed the

limits and got 26400 then 28800 then the limits were pushed again to

31200 then 33600.

Oh and someone had to think radically in the first place to even come

up with the dream.
