No just rain water coming in through a vent.  I put some plastic over it
during the storm and now have to replace the vent or perhaps just plug it
seeing I never needed it to start with.  Given that it is on a vertical
wall it was really weird that so much rain was coming through it.  I figure
either a new vent or just plug it since it isn't anything mission critical.
