Please join the CONCORD echo too.
MM> - How do you like Concord?
I think I'm not the right person to tell that, because I've been developing
Concord for over two years now.
MM> - Did you use the DOS version before the OS/2 version?
Yes. I've run Concord/DOS under OS/2 VDM from summer 1994.
MM> - Are you running a multi-node or single node setup?
Two online nodes. Used to run two Concord/DPMI nodes before Concord/2.
The DPMI version works very well in VDM, but there's almost no need for that
anymore.
MM> - Is there a noticeable performance difference between the two
MM> versions, and if
MM> - so, which is the better performer?
The OS/2 version is clearly faster and more stable than the DOS realmode
and DPMI versions.
MM> - Is it 32-bit, or just a port of the 16-bit code?
True 32-bit, compiled by Virtual Pascal. Pasi Talliniemi belongs to the VP
beta team.
MM> - What do you like best about Concord?
I can change almost anything by the script language.
MM> - How is the traffic in the Concord conference? Do you find that
MM> you can get answers to most of your questions?
I think I can answer the most questions on that echo. :)
MM> - I scanned the docs briefly for the keyword "group," and am not at
MM> all clear if the software will allow for more than two

MM> Supergroups, Groups, and then Areas?
The documentation of Concord is sure not complete yet. :(
