There are *ALWAYS* two sides Mr. Foster and in some cases more than
two sides. I think the recorder should be available for accident
investigation only and not for civil litigation.
From what you've said, it appears that with the police involved that
there is an ongoing criminal investigation. Could you give me a few
more details of the "accident" and thanks!!!!! *:-<)
