EXACTLY!  We have also had the Rand report which attempted to justify
the use of alcohol by everyone.  That lingered around and killed a few
alcoholics before it got shot out of the media.
This latest effort on the part of addicts to justify their use will also
be exposed, eventually, for exactly what it is.
