I can't think of a way to bypass the Description prompt using the inbuilt
function, however it may be possible to perform the upload function from a
Mecca script and have the script continue and automatically fill out the
description for you (just inputing ENTER perhaps). 

Another option is to use an external transfer protocol and script that
invocation to bypass the upload description prompt.

I haven't tried these, but thats were I would start looking.
