we had a former CIA man as prez.  And look at the campaign slogan
his opponent (Bill Clinton) came up with (thanks to James Carville)
- "It's the economy, stupid!"  Maybe that's what Russians (such as
Garri Kasparov) need - a crazy Cajun to come up with a winning
campaign slogan.
