BBSNETS BBS apparently is having temporary problems with its' 
QWK packet download system. 

(Error opening d:\wc5\wcwork\node3\qwk\BBSNETS.ptr)

I uploaded a new BBSNETS.PTR file in the hopes of clearing it 
up, but I have a hunch that it is a corrupt directory structure 
causing the problem. 

I've left a note for the Sysop, but until he can correct the 
problem, I can't download a message packet.
