Send an email to bbs{at}outpostbbs.net with the subject of FREQ and in the
message ¨body, put the following:

FREQ CINET119.ZIP
FREQ CINET.ZIP

Just send it off and you'll get the two files.

First, unzip and set up CINET119.ZIP.  When that's done, extract CINET.ZIP
into ¨the directory that you put the first archive in.  The second archive
contains ¨the freeware executables.
