Hi! I've just aquired a radio scanner from a mate of mine - it needed a bit 
of renovating, but it seems to be working now. I seem to have figured out 
most of the buttons, but there's a few still puzzling me; they're marked 
L/OUT, DELAY, MON and PRI.
Also, what is the law regarding these things? I've heard (from various 
sources) that it's illegal to use them in the street, or to do anything with 
the info you get from it. Can anyone clarify this?
Finally, does anyone know of any interesting frequencies in the S. Birmingham 
area?
