No thoughts on the subject?  Well, okay.  How about identity theft?  Any
thoughts on that?  I'm not talking about the use of an alias.  In fact,
there are some interesting arguments in the literature that suggest that
(in the US specifically) there is a constitutional right to anonymous
status.  But what about a person who uses an alias that is the actual
name of another person, in an attempt to present themselves as that
other person?
