Yep, it would be good to give those folks a heads up just in case they
didn't notice. Once those nodes are connected it'll trickle down to other
hubs and nodes.

On my own BBS the only list for users to see or download is the backbone.na
file. There are echoes listed in there that I'm not connected to because of
lack of traffic. It's just hard to find conversation in a BBS full of dead
areas so I don't put them online. If I was asked to connect an area I would
in any case.
