WB> I'm very blessed. I had been feeling so bad and now I'm like
WB> a prisoner set free.
I bet so... I am very happy for you!
WB> I was having trouble sleeping enough hours a night. Seems that
WB> after I was healed, I got so excited about the things I was
WB> going to be able to do the next day, my mind would not shut up
WB> and let me go to sleep, and then I kept waking up and not being
WB> able to go back to sleep for sheer excitement. That's
WB> past now. I got exhausted and had to train myself to sleep more.
Sometimes change is good. It is hard to retrain our bodies to do
what we want them to. I know what you mean about not being ablt to
sleep because of excitment and planning and new things going on in
your life. I am expereincing that right now.
WB> Thanks, I sure will. When's John's birthday? You'll have to
WB> remember to wish him a happy for us, too.
John's birthday is the 31st of July and he will be forty. We are
planning a huge family get to Together....
WB> That's great! Have you thought about maybe making flower girl
WB> baskets to coordinate with them? Most people love a matched set
WB> but you could also sell those separately if they wanted it that
WB> way. Just an idea which popped into my head while I was reading
WB> your post.
Thanks for the wonderful idea..... I think I can do that. I
wonder... what it would cost for small wicker or wire baskets. I
wish I could weave my own. My sister in law makes baskets but I
don't think I could get her to make the type I would want for
something like this. It would cost a lot of money for the kinds she
makes.
WB> I've still got that teddy bear 9-patch quilt to work on, plus I
WB> have been doing some plastic canvas things I had patterns and
WB> kits for. I like to do family presents in advance. Then they're
WB> out of the way. But I'm so slow, still!
Take your time.... things can wait.... People can't
WB> I crocheted a lot of cotton dishcloths and trivets and I'm tired
WB> of them but want a couple more dishcloths for myself, so I'll be
WB> doing a couple more. My SIL loves hers! I have fabric to make
WB> a quilt for Tom, and also to make a bear for a friend of mine, so
WB> those are sitting here too. My rubber stamps are calling my name!
WB> Oh, there's plenty to do, including crafting things to fill up
WB> Tom's tummy after a hard day at work!
I thought that's what I heard come wafting over the land...... Tom's
tummy..... :) Isn't it terrible when we have some many tings we
want to do and not enought time to do it in.
Have fun!
