Yup. I believe that's written in your constitution

Anyway, the monitoring of Cellular is a dead issue now with most users
having moved from analog to digital.
It's just a plea tho for those of us who don't believe in the
State; want less regulation, not more; and stick two fingers
up to anyone whether government or not, which tries to tell
us what we can or cannot buy!
