Eltsin/Putin's team is like a terrible dentist. Such a man draws out a tooth 
for three days and the patient is wishing to be dead. Then the dentist take 
a pause, and the patient screams happily - Oh, that's it, enough, I want 
stability, for the sake of God! He pays money and runs away. But his tooth 
continues to decay.

Most Russian people now extrimely nervous that another spiral of reforms can 
take place. Like that dentist patient. That's why they vouted for Putin - a 
self-made symbol of stability ;-)
