Probably I should have write "unsettled" instead of
"inhabitable." But all 
habitable territories are already settled. So "inhabitable" is correct 
anyway. It only underlines that it was impossible to create Jewish state at 
the settled territories without shedding rivers of blood. Jews clearly 
should been created a one more civilized democratic state that could have 
been suitable for all nations, Arabs included.
