Thanks to all who suggested solutions for me... It seems to have been this: In MAX.CTL, I had two address lines. The first was my 4-D point address (I'm not a full node yet). The next line was my bossnode's address. Like this: Address 1:17/23.8 1:17/23 (250) 842-6278 Hazelton BC Address 1:17/23.0 When I commented out the second address line, Squish was suddenly able to find messages that were written in Max.
