I have not seen that card, I changed over to a PCi card and that is sitting at
IRQ 12 port 2004 on the windows 95 machine
as I have to many devices in the computer
I had run out off IRQ's and had the same problem, the computer could not
find the SCSI card for my CD rom burner

My Bus mouse uses IRQ 5
