No it also works for 360k floppies. That's all there were when it was
written. 

It's very dumb about disk formats. It asks if the source disk is a 360k
or 720k. And assumes a destination disk is the same as the kind you
made the image from.

In fact, that's how I made a bootable 3.5" PC-DOS 1.1 floppy. :-)
