Greetings Herbert!
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Herbert Bushong wrote to Don Guy:
#HB#> Hmm, "sounds" like a setting problem with Telix then. (Which

3.21.
#HB#> Did you set up a program object for telix? Have the
#HB#> SIO_Allow_Access_Com4 and SIO_Share_Access_with_OS/2 and
#HB#> SIO_Virtualize_COM_ports set to ON in the objects Dos Settings?
Yes, yes, yes and yes. Hmmm... did I answer them all? I think I lost count.
#HB#> I have a separate AUTOEXEC for it, to set the path and TELIX
#HB#> enviromental variable (you probably allready checked all these,
#HB#> never hurts to check).
Yep. I was running it from a .Cmd actually. Launch VModem, raise the DTR, and
fire up Telix. Nada. [pout]
#HB#> I don't know if it will help, but heres the Terminal options and
#HB#> Comm port Setup screens from my Telix...
Drat. They're identical to mine.
I suppose I'll get accustomed to ZOC after a while, but old dogs/new tricks
and all that. :)
