Often, when I am finished with the win-os/2 program manager and attempt to 
end the session, win-os/2 does not end.  The sound signifying closure is 
played, but the program manager remains active, and I have to use PMPatrol to 
kill it.  What could cause this behavior, and how can I fix it?  Thanks.
