There's just the PDF file in fido\binkley\fidoinfo\fpd.pdf, which gets
displayed when selecting the appropriate menu point in the FPD. You can
extract text portions with Acrobat. But if you want to translate it, I can
also offer the Word document.

I converted it to html once for testing purposes, but I don't think that
this is something of value.
