normally, a citrix box is a neat solution for clients with people on
the road who need to access their computers remotely.  This will give
them a full desktop with all of their applications, that they can run
from a web browser.  However, currently, it's being a major pain in
my backside, seeing as the service release that fixes a number of
issues that we're faced with is bombing out 3/4 of the way through
the install! 

ahh well, it's part of the fun, non?

IceBear, mondays and I just don't get along.
