Hello Bruce,
Some of the other guys could step you better. I have only done it
a few times. Since I never run TFW and only do now for the VERY
occasional telnet. I have my default connect device set for
telnet. After I am on AOL I just fire up TFW in another window
and do a manual dial. When it asks for the phone number I enter
the URL. In the case of deltaComm I just enter "bbs.delta.com" as
the phone number.
