STOP! If your just surfing the "ALL" files, looking for someone to respond 
to, then STOP!  YOU'VE found that person!
     I am a patrol leader at 13th waterloo scout troop, Canada.  I am on my 
to becoming a chief scout.  One of the few requirements I need, is to have a 
corespondence with someone from a different geographical region.  So, I now 
send out the call to anyone who wants a pen-pal, (no extra charge) or just 
someone to talk to for six hole months, drop me a line.
