In Fact, they admitted as much.  If anyone remembers the 1979 Nac
Track in Oklahoma City one of the nacsters said that very thing,
that they had Dr. Jernigan on the Run in Iowa but they dried up
on the vine.  I don't remember his name, but one of our observers
taped the Nac meeting and that portion was played back for us at one
of our briefings.  So they admitted their part in it.  It may have been the 
1980
Nac Track in Minneapolis, but whichever one it was, they said it in an open
meeting, and I was at our briefing and heard the playback myself.
