While it may not have anything to do with ArcServe, be sure that you have
applied NLSLSP3C.EXE to your NetWare 5 servers (I'm not sure if it works on
NetWare 4). This is the latest licensing fixes. It's fixed a lot of
problems for me in NetWare 5.
