Subject: Middle School teacher needs help with slow network!

I am a middle school computer teacher that was handed a Novell 4.11 on a 120
MHz server with 80 Macs and 25 Dos compatibles attached.  We are running
AppleTalk to the Macs (MacOS8.1) and IPX to the Windows machines.  We are
crawling.  When the kids login or save the processor stays at 100% and it
can take up to 20 minutes for the kids to save.  It seems to have started
slow and just seems to be getting much worse.  Any help from anyone would be
greatly appreciated.  I am at such a loss.  I've tried 3 consultants and I
am just hoping someone else there has run into and solved this problem.
Please copy the note to me as I am very anxious to help my kids out.  This
has gone on for two months.
