Yes, it is still a bit turned, but I have seen worse.
Also, from the inside ROC pic, the 1/2 center seems a little more corrected
than the half outside ring (edge excluded). Nothing dramatic though.

No!!
Maybe you make some wrong motion and/or hand pressure.
I am precisely reducing a TDE, working with a 4/5 lap, short Ws with
pressure with the hand that is near the edge of the tool, nearly no
overhang. The TDE is severe so progress is slow.
Yesterday evening I went to the extreme solution of polishing near the edge
with my thumb and that works! Be careful if you apply that, you can as well
generate a nasty zone inside the region worked on (did once this kind of
thing on a larger mirror, and THERE I finally went back to fine grinding in
despair).
As always, don't take my talk as the bible, listen to ALL the advises and
make your mind...
