Bobbi, Just a question do you also send tranquilizers along with the
babies you sell? I could hardly wait for Meggie to talk and do the
things that big girls do and now I am wondering what my hurry was.
As you know we changed the phone so we could tell when the phone was
ringing as she drove me nuts running for the phone. Do you think I
outsmarted her, not for a minute. She figured out that when my beeper
goes off I tense up and run to turn it off and it gets attention. Now
all I hear is the darn beeper when she wants attention. I didn't look at
the darn thing the other day and had an important message on it.
This is all in jest as I really enjoy hearing her do new things and
think it is great all she does. If she didn't I would be concerned.
Yesterday Richard brought Robert up to visit for the day and Meggie took
pellets out of Robert's hand. It was the first time Robert had gotten
close to her and we were waiting to see how she would react. I could not
believe how gently she took the pellet. Of course she threw it on the
floor after getting it but she did not go to nip Robert.
I had a sample of the AF Special by Pretty Bird and gave her some last
evening. She took every last one of them and pitched them out of her
feeding bowl and would not even taste them. Just kept throwing them. I
guess it is Harrisons forever for her.
