I investigated a bit further, & the list of Rime conferences at
http://www.relaynet.org/RIMECONF.TXT generally shows Bobby Queen
as the host of the Fido gated echoes, including MENS_ISSUES. My
guess is that Bobby at some time gave blanket approval for his
echoes to be gated, & this would stand until Rime was advised
otherwise. (?)
