     My grandson has to take his medicine all the time, summer or not. His
     type of ADHD is accompanied with some violence. On the medicine, he
     can handle his aggression much better. He has a younger sister and my
     daughter is expecting another child in September. His doctor monitors
     him very closely. But some children need to take their medicine all the
     time.
